Accountant

 Hospitality - Company in Qatar looking experience Accountant with over 3-5 years of restaurant in the Qatar with a Bachelor's (or) Master's Degree in Accounts/Finance or a related field. The candidate must have good understanding of Accounting principles, Banking and Reporting Standards.

Job Description:

Ensure timely posting of journal entries
Payment release and Petty Cash Management on a daily base reconciliation.
Assist the Head of the Department in all reports and requests
Prepare monthly payroll and distribution of salaries of staff through WPS.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Extracting attendance summaries for hired labor's /projects on a case-to-case basis to base calculations.
Preparing financial analysis and report
Prepare cash flow forecast and control
Supplier Management and Aging analysis report
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Education/Experience Required:
Post Graduate Degree in Accounts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting with background of working in inventory and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Good command of written and spoken English
Expertise in accounts reconciliations, preparing and reading financial statements and budgets.
Accounting and bookkeeping activities, accurate and timely execution of daily accounting operations and monthly closing.
Making routine financial reports/summaries on weekly, monthly basis.
Prepare financial statements.
