Restaurant Store Need Urgent hiring : Storekeeper - 3 NOS 

Role & Reasonability

- Store general supplies, after being inspected by the Receiving Officer/Clerk, in the general storerooms. Based on the invoices and order documents verify level of quality, quantity and unit price.
- For delivered supplies, place them in the designated areas.
- Prepare supplies which have been requisitioned (approved) and deliver them to the department requisitioning the supplies.
- Maintain the Inventory Control Cards for all incoming and outgoing supplies, updating them for all movement. Agree inventory amounts per the cards with the actual amounts on hand.
- Confirm the quantities of each item of supply, consider monthly quantities used and supply periods, and compare quantities on hand with standardized inventory quantities. Prepare a requisition for supplies for amounts that need to be re-stocked.
- Perform monthly physical counts.
- Keep the storerooms clean at all times.
- Prepare a monthly store issue report and a physical inventories count list.
- Apply the First in First out method for all outgoing supplies.
- Keep supplies locked in storage after hours or when employees are not present. Even during operating hours, prevent non-approved employees from entering the area. At the end of the day, double check all lights are off and doors are locked.
- Other duties as assigned by the management
